All products that can be subscribed to will have a subscription option available on the product page as well as in the quick purchase view.
There are several subscription options available – depending on the number of days after which a new product will be sent to the selected/entered address.
If the product has options, the option selected in the initial order will be delivered to your address each time (whether it’s flavor, color, or size).
When subscribing to a product, the initial product is always sent first, which you pay for during the first purchase, and every subsequent time, you receive the subscribed product.
Each subsequent subscribed product is sent after the selected number of subscription days, counted from the last sent order, and is automatically charged to the card used in the initial order.
If the product has a defined subscription discount at the time of subscription, that discount will be applied to the initial order and to every subsequent one, regardless of any future discounts the product may have. Discounts are not cumulative.
The subscription discount is always calculated on the defined retail price.
An order that includes a subscription to at least one product can only be paid by card.
If your order contains multiple products and you are subscribing to only one product, you pay for all products on the initial order, and for every subsequent order, only the amount for the subscribed product is deducted from your account + shipping if the order amount is below the required amount for free shipping.
If you chose a gift instead of free shipping in your initial order, each subsequent time when sending the subscribed product, if the basket amount exceeds the required amount for free shipping, the shipping will be free; if not, the shipping will be charged. So, you won’t receive the same gift every time at your address.
In the rare case that the product you subscribed to is out of stock for delivery, our friendly staff will contact you with a query and a suggestion for another option.
