Tribulus terrestris is an annual plant from the Zygophillaceae family, with stems up to 60 centimeters long lying on the ground with bright yellow flowers. This plant has many common names, and one of the most well-known and frequently used is "Babin zub." 

One of the countries where the highest-quality specimens of this plant grow is Bulgaria (Tribulus terrestris L. Bulgaricum).
