Terms and Conditions

You can redeem the gift card both online and in Polleo Sport stores.

• The gift card is validated by scanning at the cash register in a Polleo Sport store.
• For online purchases, simply enter the card number in the shopping cart. It is possible to use the gift card in full or in part. If the invoice amount is lower than the card balance, you can use the remaining balance for your next purchase. If the card balance is insufficient, the remaining amount can be paid with other payment methods.
• Multiple gift cards can be used to pay a single invoice.
• The gift card is not personalized and is therefore transferable.
• The card balance can be used in several installments until it is exhausted.
• Cash refunds and additional payments are not possible.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Polleo Sport GmbH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards and does not provide refunds in such cases. To be redeemed, the gift card must first be activated. It is activated after payment at the cash register or at the checkout (applies to the Polleo Sport online shop).
