Usage:

It is recommended to drink as the first meal after training. Mix 1 scoop (39g) with water (better absorption) or low-fat milk (better taste) in a shaker.

If desired, carbohydrates (glucose or Vitargo) can be added for a better anabolic effect and to replenish glycogen reserves. It can be used as the first meal in the morning mixed with low-fat milk and oatmeal.
