Mega Daily One Plus is an advanced multi-vitamin and mineral formula with 25 ingredients! It contains high doses of the B vitamin complex and vitamin C, plus essential minerals, including magnesium, selenium, and zinc.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also helps maintain the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense exercise (the effect is obtained with an additional daily intake of 200 mg besides the recommended daily intake of vitamin C). Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal red blood cells. Folic acid influences the normal synthesis of amino acids.

Mega Daily One Plus has 250% of the recommended daily dose of vitamin D3. Vitamin D helps maintain the normal functioning of the muscles and the immune system and aids in the absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Zinc contributes to fertility, reproduction, and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels, as well as for the normal metabolism of macronutrients. Magnesium helps in the normal functioning of the nervous system: neurotransmission and muscle contractions, including the heart muscle, and also for normal protein synthesis and the maintenance of bones and teeth. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis, the normal function of the thyroid, and the maintenance of hair and nails.
