The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The product is intended only for adults performing high intensity exercise. Flavour: Unflavoured. Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, HMB (hydroxy methyl butyrate). Allergens: May contain traces of milk, soya, eggs and wheat. Directions for use: Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 100 ml of water and take once a day.
