This premium heart rate monitor strap tracks your heart rate during activities like running and swimming. It transmits real-time heart rate data using ANT+^® and low-energy Bluetooth^® technology, providing you with more training options. Receive continuous and accurate heart rate data on your Garmin device, in online training apps like Zwift, or even on compatible fitness equipment at your gym.

Running Dynamics Tracking

In addition to heart rate, HRM-Pro records running dynamics that can help you improve your fitness. This includes measuring parameters like vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio, and other metrics.

Data Storage and Transmission

The device stores heart rate data during swimming or other activities when your watch is out of range and then sends that data to the watch after you finish the activity. It also stores step, calorie, and intensity minute data, then syncs it with the watch.

Comfort and Convenience

HRM-Pro includes a small and lightweight heart rate module that doesn't protrude from the soft, comfortable strap it's attached to. And don't worry about battery life – the replaceable button cell battery lasts up to 1 year.
