ENDURANCE ELECTROLYTE TABLETS have been designed to support effective hydration levels to support optimal performance and muscle function during strenuous exercise, in warm environments, or activities that take place over longer periods of time.

If fluid and electrolyte losses are not replaced during and after activity, dehydration occurs. This imbalance in electrolytes, combined with a loss of fluid, causes detrimental physiological effects that impact performance – increase in core temperatures, reduction in nutrient absorption, increase in heart rate, increased carbohydrate depletion and an increase in muscle loss along with a sharp decline in performance.

Usage Instructions:

Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 500 ml of cold water. Consume within 24 hours after preparation, during or after activity will work to increase your electrolyte uptake and availability. Do not exceed 4 effervescent tablets per day. 

Important Information: Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
